Neil C. Young Trio

The Neil C. Young Trio are a praxis-focussed action jazz, fusion trio led by guitarist Neil C Young, driven by a resolutely open mind and genuine sense of adventure. Repurposing existing hooks and established patterns, generating new music and fresh lines of flight, drawing out disparate angles hiding in the music. They are ‘Full of Soul and energy’ which also can ‘touch your heart and sets your hair on fire!’

Alongside the trio’s own projects, currently the ‘ReWorks’ series, they have also worked with and played alongside many other artists including Nick Blacka (Go Go Penguin), Nathan Bray (Guy Barker, Ronnie Scotts Big Band), Soweto Kinch, Wendy Kirkland, Gary Boyle (Isotope), and Steve Tromans (Indo Jazz Fusions, Dan Nicholls, Alison Symons).
